Troubleshooting Amazon S3 or S3 Compatible Storage Issues

Resolving Amazon S3 Upload Failures During Scheduled Builds

If the upload process to Amazon S3 or S3 Compatible fails during a scheduled build, we recommend the solutions below to assist with your troubleshooting.

Note: This also applies to Wasabi, DigitalOcean, and other platforms that run on AWS.

Option One: Upload Issues with S3 Storage

The issue may be linked to temporary network conditions. If you encounter this problem, consider adjusting the following settings:

Navigate to Settings » Storage » Storage Types » Amazon S3 and modify the “Upload Size” option to 5120KB.

This adjustment reduces the data packet size sent to Amazon S3 Storage, which can help mitigate intermittent network disruptions and enhance upload stability.
