The Templates » All screen is the main interface for managing all templates that have been created. Templates are used to profile how a package will be built. Templates allow you to choose which files and database tables you would like to make as part of your backup process. It also allows for the installer to be pre-filled with the values of the template.
- Schedules: All schedules require templates to be used when running a schedule
- Profiling: There may be instances where you only want the database or the database with specific tables. You may also only need the database with a certain subset of files. There are many different combinations that can make up your package and with templates, you can easily and quickly assign these profiles when you start a build.
