How do I read the package trace log?

The trace log file is to debug issues related to license activation failures, issues with initiating the package build, and others. It contains information about individual thread processes for more advanced debugging.

  2. Below the Refresh button, please click on the Turn On link.
  3. Turning the trace log will make the options visible for Trace logs.

Option 2: Accessing directly from the settings

Trace Log Options

When the Trace Log is enabled, you’ll find options in the bottom right corner to view, clear, download, or disable the trace log.

  1. View: To see the log live on our built-in interface.
  2. Clear: To clear the log and generate a new one with the error point.
  3. Download: To download the zip file. Name: duplicator_pro_log.zip.
  4. Turn off: To turn it off.

Only turn on this setting when support asks, as tracing will impact performance.
