Do you want to stop the automatic renewal of your Duplicator Pro account? Whether you don’t plan to use our plugin anymore or prefer to renew your license manually, you can easily handle your subscription settings in your account.
This guide will show you how to disable the auto-renewal feature for your Duplicator Pro subscription, allowing you to cancel your account.
Canceling Your Duplicator Pro Subscription
Duplicator Pro operates on an annual subscription basis. By default, your subscription is set to auto-renew each year.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the product until the renewal date mentioned in your account. After that period, you have the option to manually renew your license or let it expire if you no longer require Duplicator Pro.
To cancel your subscription, start by logging into your Duplicator Account.
If you would like to check your license’s expiration date before proceeding, click on the Downloads tab.
Next, navigate to the Billing tab. Here, you can view your previous license payments and all your current active subscriptions. To stop automatic renewal for any license, scroll down to the Subscriptions section and click on Cancel.
After clicking on Cancel, you’ll see a prompt asking Are you sure you want to cancel this license?. You can click on OK and you’ll be directed to cancellation page asking for the reason for canceling the subscription. Select an option and click on Continue or you can open a support ticket and request for escalation.
