This guide will provide you information on how to share system access with the support team for backup and migration issues.

Steps to Share Details

If you’re facing issues with importing a backup, please follow these steps to provide the necessary system access details:

Share Required Information

  1. Copy the information in the box below.
  2. Paste it into your support ticket, and update the placeholders (text in brackets) with your actual details.

Share Backup Archive File URL (Sensitive Information)

Backup File URL: [Paste the full URL to the .daf or .zip archive file]

How to Get the URL:

  1. Login to your SOURCE WordPress Admin (where the backup was created).
  2. Navigate to Duplicator » Backups » View Details.
  3. Under expand General accordion and click on “Share File Links”
  4. Copy and paste the Archive URL here.

Alternatively, you can provide a Google Drive, Dropbox, or other file-sharing link to the backup file.
